New Lyonnais was a new French freehold active in the 17th century.
Background[]
Located in Acadia, a North American region which contained parts of eastern Quebec, the Maritime provinces, and Maine to the Kennebec River, this freehold was led by a pair of utopians: the Moonborn Armand the Rhymer, who ruled during the summer; and Madame Tomah, a changeling of unknown kith and seeming who ruled in the winter. The freehold, which welcomes any and all to enter its walls, was founded on the notion of mortals and changelings living side-by-side. To that end, the majority of the New Lyonnaise are ensorcelled.
