Neon is a Wraith who in life was a delusional surealist artist.
History[]
Neon was just too cool to live... or hold a job... or have a steady girlfriend... or conform in any way. The world is his canvas, and he wants to take up sculpting.
There was only one option for a kid like Neon. With his abysmal grades and the assistance of his doting parents, Neon wound up in art school. There he discovered the work of his "personal lord and savior," Salvador Dalí. Neon has been a die-hard surrealist ever since, in every sense of the word.
Neon was inspired. Anything he said was brilliant, especially if it contradicts what other people normally believe. Create! Destroy! Live! That was Neon's poragative in life. To Neon, reality was optional. So much so that he believed he could fly as he leapt from the top of Georgia State University while under the infuence of LSD.
Death has only given Neon a new lease on unlife. Neon never felt like he belonged in life; reality itself did not acccpt his surreal visions. So why hold back in the afterlife? Why shouldn't he reshape the underworld into something that will accept him? He's been shut out long enough.

Reality is an option. Neon loves using Pandemonium and Moliate to alter himself and his environment. He usually appears to be a 19-year-old kid with glowing neon hair, swim trunks and sandals. He also seems co have access to an unlimited supply of Salvador Dali T-shirts.
