Neil David Ross is a British-American voice actor and announcer, now resident in the United States, working in Los Angeles. Noted for his Trans-Atlantic accent, Neil was the announcer for the 75th Annual Academy Awards Telecast in 2003, and the Emmy Awards Telecast in 2004. He has also narrated numerous episodes of A&E's Biography, and many editions of NOVA on PBS (including Mars – Dead or Alive, which was nominated for an Emmy Award in 2004).
Neil has played a number of recognizable fandom voices: Keith in Voltron: Defenders of the Universe, Green Goblin/Norman Osborn in both the 1981 and 1994 Spider-Man cartoons, Shipwreck in G.I.Joe: Real American Heroes, the narrator at the Biff Tannen Museum in Back to the Future II, Fizban/Paladine in Dragonlance: Dragons of Autumn Twilight, the Codex narrator in the Mass Effect trilogy, and Mayor Domino in Final Fantasy VII Remake.
Neil is best known among White Wolf fans for his portrayal of "Gorgeous" Gary Golden and the male voice of the PC's sire in VTM: Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines .
