The Mothers of Morann are a select group of female Nockers in House Dougal who search the world continually for the latest incarnation of Morann.

The membership of the Mothers is secret but their work is not. Of all the secret societies within House Dougal, these vigilantes are the most important. Their founder was Morann's mother in his first incarnation. She was quite an adept Kithain and she forged a whistle that only Morann could hear. This special treasure has been passed down from member to member since the group began and has likely been duplicated. The Mothers of Morann search the world looking for his new incarnation even now.
