Moon (CTL)

The Contracts of the Moon are a set of changeling abilities found in Changeling: The Lost. It is a universal contract, available to any changeling who wishes to take it.

Overview

Faerie is a place of madness. With the clauses of this Contract, changelings may call upon that madness, for good or ill.

Abilities

• Lunatic's Knowing Glance - By impersonating a medical professional, the changeling may see the derangements of others.
• Maddening Eye - If the changeling suffers from a derangement, they can worsen the madness of others with their gaze.
• Touch of Bedlam - If the subject of this clause has broken an oath to the changeling, they may inflict a severe derangement with a touch.
• The Madness of Crowds - By playing music or otherwise performing, the changeling can curse their audience with a mild derangement.
• Lurking Insanity - If the target has betrayed a blood relative, the changeling can plant a derangement in their mind, to surface at a later time.
