- Knights of Santiago, or Military Order of Saint James of the Sword, a Medieval military-hospitaler order founded in Castile in 1164. It is the principal recruiting ground for the Poor Knights of the Passion of the Cross of Acre in Iberia.[4]
- La Belle Morte, Sabbat nomadic pack that recruited new vampires into the organization.[5]

- Order of Our Lady of Mercy (Mercedarians), a Medieval military-hospitaler -- though regarded by many as simply a hospitaler -- order; founded in Barcelona in 1218.[4]
- Rakoczy family, Romanian clan of Obertus revenants, under the Tzimisce.[7]
- Ramona's coterie, which includes Ramona, Eddie, Darnell and Jenny; originally from Los Angeles[9]
- Rosemond Society, a foundation established by Berel Underwood and Hilda McAndrews that takes advantage of young artists in an online competition to improve their own profits
