In the 2020s, Anarchs flocked to the city to fight the oppressive rule of Prince Prospero. Local Anarchs were in disarray after the destruction of their former leader Zivko Batrovic, dividing into several factions and leaders. The Anarchs formed a coterie of promising neonates gathered from within the city and outside, to strike at Prospero and reunite the Anarch factions, by proving themselves in the field. As the coterie make their way through the city, gaining allies, they catch the attention of the Camarilla.
