- Notes: Another local. Santa Monica used to be a swell place to live.

- Unofficial Patch developer Wesp5 decided that this Mike was the same Mike who worked at the Beach House. In the Plus version of the Unofficial Patch, if the player kills him, his Krime-puter entry is updated: Update 10/24/04 -- Deceased. Killed in gang fight or similar.
