Biography

Miguel was a Brazilian kid raised by Santiago DeSoto to be the perfect Sabbat Inquisitor. Instead, he simply became a very avid supporter of the Code of Milan, particularly when it says a Sabbat can spy on other Sabbat to see if they are betraying the sect.
