Methodology (MTAw)

Among the Seers, methodologies represent inter-ministry schools of thought relating on how to best serve the Exarchs. Overtime, they have evolved into sub-sects that are often shared between all members of a given pylon.

Condecoi

The Condecoi are those who invest highly in keeping their Order free of internal conflicts between ministries and pylons alike, creating strict rules of conduct to be followed that all sides can agree upon. They are divided between Hostelers and Proxies.

Hostelers - Powerful seers who build and maintain secure locations--called hostels--where other seers may meet in safety. Often, however, their services come at a price, and everyone knows their conversations are likely being monitored while within the area. 

Proxies - Named for their use of sleeper thralls to communicate with fellow seers, utilizing highly informal networks to ensure the safety of its members.
