Marcella Decia bani Tytalus was the chancellor of Fors Collegis Mercuris from 1831 to 1856.[1] During her administration, the Ahl-i-Batin evacuated the City of Brass, their chantry on the surface of Mercury, which was later destroyed. Decia helped the evacuees make homes on Mus and found new teachers for stranded apprentices.
