Manila is the capital city of the Philippines. Its urban area has the sixth-largest population of any such urban cluster in the world at 25 million people, with the top 5 all also being located in Asia.

- Intramuros: The 'old city' of Manila, a historic walled district near downtown that once constituted the entire city during the early days of Spanish occupation. In the World of Darkness, it contains Bellium University.
- Little Baguio: A small but relatively dense residential neighborhood a few kilometers directly east of downtown Manila (technically located in the adjacent city of San Juan). In the World of Darkness, it plays host to a well-known urban legend.

Trivia[]
- The size given for Bellium University, 83 hectares, exceeds the total size of the entirety of the Intramuros district in which it is located (67 hectares). This either means that the World of Darkness' Intramuros district is meant to be far larger than its real-life counterpart, is only slightly larger but is dominated by a single university, or, most simply, the author of the Bellium University and the Pleiades chapter of Alma Maters (Pam Punzalan) wildly overestimated the actual size of the Intramuros.
