Background Information[]
- The Tarot Deck was originally released as wide box. The thickness of the box was half the height of the deck, and half the cards were stored in each half of the box. A full-width guidebook was included.
- The Tarot deck was later re-released in 2001 as the MTAs: Mage Tarot Deck Revised , with a standard full-height Tarot tuckbox and Revised-era branding. The guidebook was edited to fit the new format, but the cards themselves were unchanged. The 2017 print-on-demand re-release repeats this format.
