Luther Black is a radical Lasombra vampire-priest of Vienna during the Dark Ages.
Biography[]
Years before 1194, Luther was a mortal priest of Stephansdom Church. A wayward Lasombra sought to rule Vienna by controlling the Church and dared to Embrace him. The local Ventrue destroyed the sire but Luther locked himself away from the world. He retained a hold on the faith he had in life and sleeps by day upon a cross of pure silver, fancying himself a martyr. In his haven, he is protected by his ghouls from the threatening Ventrue.
Eventually, the ruling Duke Leopold and Orsi have the Promethean Brujah attack and bind the Lasombra in his protected holy ground and he is soon destroyed.
