Lettow Kaminsky is the Gangrel Prince of Tucson, Arizona, who manages to take over the Princedom after a civil war between the local Ventrue. Originally a minor aristocrat from the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, he came to America after serving as a pilot in the Great War.

- Lover of Aila, a Banu Haqim he met while fighting the Ottomans during World War I.
- Possible love interest to The Courier.
- Has a Polish accent, similar to a Hollywood Dracula (according to Julian).
- Speaks Polish, French and, of course, English.
- His technological expertise doesn't extend much past the radar era, which means he usually relies on others to do most of the fiddling around with machines when the need arises.
- Played a big part in the fall of the Paris Commune in the 1870s.

- Owns Madrigal Real Estate, which means he controls all estate operations in Tucson. Should any Kindred, the Courier included, wish to obtain a legal and, more importantly, secure haven in Tucson, they'll have no other choice but to go to Madrigal.
- Lettow is actually an surname.
- In Parliament of Knives, Adeline Durand mentions Lettow - she speaks of him with great disdain.
