Leila Monroe is the Priscus responsible for the siege of Los Angeles and coordinator of the war effort against both the remnants of the Anarch Free States, the returning Camarilla forces, and the New Promise Mandarinate.
Biography[]
Originally a ghoul under the command of the archbishop of California, she had endured the abuses heaped upon a mere human in the company of monsters. After 15 years, she was Embraced and tasked with claiming Los Angeles for the Sabbat.
She began by inserting herself into the horror film industry in order to disrupt the Masquerade and converting some of the uncoordinated Anarch gangs into full-fledged Sabbat packs. Despite this, her failure to claim the central city cost her the bishopric of the conquered territories, which was instead granted to a Pander.
Determined to be the true power behind the Bishop, she came to clashes with the first Cathayan incursions and was eventually forced to accept the conditions that were levied against western incursions into Chinatown. Claiming the title of Priscus and angering the bishop in the process, Leila coordinates the forces of the Sabbat against the myriads of rival supernatural factions that vie for control over the city.
