Vampire: the Masquerade[]
During the Dark Ages Kraków became home to a Tremere Chantry.[1] One of the places Aisling Sturbridge tended to during World War II.[2][3] In the early 20th century the city was also where a still mortal Duality found himself as an acolyte in one of the occult societies.[4]
Agata Starek, a native from Krakow, was responsible for destroying the Kindred Prince of the city. And in recent decades Kraków became one of the largest centers of Anarch activity in the region. They have not installed a Baron that oversees the area in its entirety. Individual Anarchs hold their territories but run the city as a joint enterprise of mutual understanding. Though since the Iron Curtain fell Anarchs from Western Europe have tried to move in. The first attempt being by the Final Reich, who tried to install one of their own as Baron of the city. The local Anarchs resisted, the conflict continuing to this night.[5]
