Jackknife is a Doppelganger Spectre.
Biography[]
Jackknife was once an alcoholic drifter with a sadistic streak. Wandering the streets of America, Jackknife acquired his nickname from his habit of using his favorite weapon to sever the arms and legs of women he raped.
Jackknife has been a Doppelganger for just over a decade. Drifting into and out of life, Jackknife has become adept at bargaining with Malfeans and other spectres no longer able to travel so close to the Skinlands. Unfortunately for Jackknife, he now only has one Fetter remaining (an old warehouse where he used to sleep off his frequent alcoholic and sexual binges). This greatly concerns Jackknife, because he loves the power and pleasure he receives from his freedom of motion. He treasures his ability to reach Enfants and coax them into betraying themselves by embracing their Shadows.
Appearance[]
Jackknife appears to be a wiry man of medium height in his early to mid-30s. He wears ripped and faded jeans and a brown military t-shirt with the sleeves cut off. His faded brown hair is long and tangled and tends to fall in his eyes. The corners of his mouth tend to quirk up in a sardonic smile, which widens as a situtation becomes more tense.
