This English philanthropist devoted herself in life to temperance work, gaining some international fame for her sincerity of purpose. Beyond the Shroud, she found her cause absent - legislation against Pathos was not about to come down from the Onyx Tower. After moving from department to department, she eventually found her niche in the Legion Constables. Since 1970 she has been the chief of this bureau, and her intensely puritanical vigor is genuinely feared by any who would oppose her. Even most who agrees with her aren't quite comfortable in her presence, and the incorruptible image of the Constables is entirely her work.
