Hunter: The Reckoning 5th Edition, also known as H5, is the recent version of Hunter: The Reckoning and was released in 2022, with the publication of Hunter: The Reckoning 5th Edition Corebook.
H5 does not act as a direct continuation of the previous edition of Hunter: The Reckoning, and does not feature or mention the Imbued or any events tied to them. There is currently no stated intention to discuss or update any such old content. It instead follows in the footsteps of its predecessor (Chronicles of Darkness' Hunter: The Vigil) and focuses on mortal hunters, acting as an amalgamation of the setting elements and narrative structure of the various books throughout the World of Darkness' history with similar premises: Most prominently The Hunters Hunted (I and II), but also the likes of Orpheus, World of Darkness: Ghost Hunters and more.
