House of Secrets is a 1995 novel by James A. Moore and Kevin Murphy. It is based on Vampire: The Eternal Struggle collectible card game from Wizards of the Coast. While it includes characters from the Vampire: The Masquerade, it should likely be considered non-canonical.

Overview[]

Ilse Decameron, a vampire of clan Tremere, is on a mission to procure a mortal mage. On her trail is Kurt Westphal, a member of the rival Ventrue clan who is trying to uncover the Tremere's newest threat. He and Ilse uncover a web of betrayal, demonic pacts and a scheme which, if it succeeds, will spell the end of the vampire clans and forever change the face of the World of Darkness.

The novel focuses on a ritual which would use a mortal descendant of Etrius to reverse the vampire curse among members of the Tremere. The novel's settings include Miami, Los Angeles, London, Vienna and Berlin featuring characters from the Vampire: The Masquerade sourcebook settings with characters introduced in the Vampire: The Eternal Struggle card game.
