Goolooboo is a tenth generation Ministry from Haiti, and the sire of Marcel. Before Embracing Marcel, who he found dying within a prison in southern France, he used Marcel's experience and knowledge to improve the clan's heroin trade, transporting drugs mostly to the United States market.
