Ghunbari is a Maasai Ajaba who went on a mission with Manny Sideways into the Desert of Atrocity. Her name means "Little Rain Cloud."
Ghunbari and Manny agreed to chase down a group of Banes who had stolen something important from the Silver Fangs. The werewolves didn't dare get that close to Malfeas themselves, for fear of Wyrm-taint. Ghunbari agreed to go because she believed in the Ahadi and Kisasi's vision of Fera united. While she is still young and not experienced with Umbral travel, she shows surprising strength of character in facing the many tests of the Desert.
