Whether you talk about mages in the recently liberated Russia (liberated from Baba Yaga, as well as from Communism), or willworkers from Cuba, a lot of mages are starting to think of “us” as being more a regional definition than being based in Tradition. A Chorister, Akashic and Etherite from Australia (or China) are much more likely to have goals and concerns in common than three Choristers from India, Argentina and Ireland.
This observation has led to rumors of a second cross-Tradition dedicated to the reconstruction of the Council of Nine. Unlike the NTRF, GLF seems to have a very specific re-organization in mind. Though no one, as yet, has actually claimed membership in the GLF, propaganda from the organization has appeared. Early manifestos argue that the Council should be divided along geographic lines and bases that argument on tenuous proof indeed. It is postulated in the flyers that an alternate reality exists where the Council organized along geo-political lines and that, in that reality, the Technocracy is a significantly less powerful threat. So far, no mage has been able to track down that reality.
