Franklin Rubin is the new finance director of Pentex, following the disappearance of Enzo Giovanni. Unknown to most before his rise to power, he appears to be a perfect model of everything a corporation worker, without any distinguishing features. Among his colleagues in the higher echelons, he is viewed with suspicion, as the power vacuum left by Enzos departure is not yet filled. Rubin doesn't socialize with anyone within Pentex and only reports at a regularly basis at the Board meetings.
It is rumored that Franklin is in fact part of a secret corporation called the Syndicate who in turn serve a far greater organization with considerable influence across the globe.
