Frank Teesdale is a mortal descendent of James Teesdale, on whose land the Bishopsgate Mental Asylum was eventually built.
Overview[]
Little is known of Frank Teesdale, bar that he worked with Bishopsgate during the tenure of Edward Brake, primarily on two commissions: The first was the sculpting of a statue of Ignatius Hopper following the man's heart attack in 1898; the second was the drawing up of architectural plans for the facility's basements, sub-basements, and Medical Center, a project that began in early 1907.
