The Flying City is an Arcadian realm heavily associated with the air.
Background[]
Lying in the midst of a vast, endless whirlwind and surrounded by perpetual thunderstorms, the Flying City is home to True Fae formed of swirls of air and dozens of wings. The city is formed of colored glass, as though thousands of stained-glass windows were shattered in its creation.
Changelings who were held in this place begin to take after their masters, their bodies gaining wings and feathers and being shot through with currents of air. They, more than many other realms’ prisoners, are treated as machines rather than living beings, and, as such, tend to have great difficulty communicating with others after the escape.
