Firebird Feather was a fetish used by the Tvarivich Twins to kill the powerful Zmei known as Sharkala the Cruel.
Overview[]
The Firebird is an important part of Russian Garou folklore, particularly to the story of Tsarevich Ivan. The exact proprieties of the Firebird Feather are not known. The legend of Tsarevich Ivan describes it merely as a beautiful and luminous feather; when it was brought into the king's chambers, the room was lit like by a thousand candles.
In 1240, the artifact was used to blind and decapitate Sharkala, one of the seven dragons of the Wyrm that survived the battle against the Nosferatu Antediluvian himself. That would make Sharkala the only known Zmei to have been destroyed since the ancient times, when the Silver Fangs concluded that those beings were simply too powerful to be killed.
