Maxwell Stevens is a changeling serial killer who was captured when he sold his soul away.

A jaded and ambitious man, Stevens thought it only a joke when his future Keeper offered financial success in exchange for his soul. Naturally, he was taken to Arcadia when the time came to pay up. Tormented for days equal to those he had been successful, the changeling was broken down to the point that, on his release, he lacked any kind of moral compunctions. He murdered his fetch in cold blood, then stepped immediately back into his old life.
Now, Maxwell Stevens continues his prior life — with the exception of what he calls “the game”, a politer way of referring to his habit of serial killing. Though he began with humans, they have become boring to him, being far easier to break than victims with a bit more stamina.
Appearance[]
A remarkably average-looking man in height, build, and looks, Stevens nonetheless maintains himself well, always wearing business clothing tailored to him and keeping himself groomed to perfection. Under the Mask, he takes on the mien of a more unassuming Fairest.
