The Julii perform a ceremony where they murder a young boy on the floor of the Camarilla, then bury him in a shallow pit near the entrance. The exact reason for the rite is unknown, but is generally attributed to veneration of Julius Senex, although when he was active, he also performed the same rite.^[1]

- The Verbena subrealm is observed and recorded by parties unknown.^[2]

- Gawain Alexander overhears a grad student discussing the archaeological significance of an Etruscan pottery shard. They both seem to be Awakened, and whatever's buried in the field has a religious significance to them.^[3]

- In a border resistance report from FSM Colonel Theodore Whitman to Brigadier General Samson Fourke, Whitman notes that the Canadian resistance movement offers little threat, but it's frustrating that "such poorly-equipped rabble" manage to survive, like cockroaches scattering when the light is turned on. Mexican freedom fighters, on the other hand, are well-organized and well-funded, receiving support from South America and possibly from Norça.^[6]
