OverviewEditThe Ewaipanoma were wiped out by the Wyrm-corrupted Europeans who called them "Acephali", naming them after their own ancient legends. They feared the Ewaipanoma as cannibals and savages and while it's true that they are primarily meat eaters, they are hardly cannibals. However, they can be quite savages, but only regarding their fighting techniques. Few Wwaipanoma remain in El Dorado and, in truth, are hardly "headless", as their faces are simply located at the center of their chests.
Living strictly in the Umbral woods of El Dorado and having little contact with humans or Garou, the Ewaipanoma are almost painfully shy. This does not, however, stop them from hunting down the gigantic boars that roam the woods, and it certainly does not stop them from protecting themselves. These beings are heavily muscled and gargantuan, standing just over 12 feet tall. Their thick skin is dark brown and textured like bark. While the headless men are not in any way Wyrm-corrupted, it is always possible that, spotted one at a time, they might be confused with a Fomori. If attacked, the Ewaipanoma will call for assistance from its people and fight to the death.
The headless men give and ask no quarter, they never turn their backs on the enemy and never surrender. If they are treated in a civil manner, they will welcome anyone they meet as a friend. Long association with the Black Furies has left them with the ability to understand and even speak with the Garou. El Dorado is their friend and protector, and they would die for him.
