The Everlite Drone was a Weaver-possessed individual operating in the Pioneer Valley and seeking to turn the efforts of Everlite Gas & Electric to serve the ends of the Weaver.
Biography[]
When the drone discovered a bottling plant outside Northampton that plotted to flood the area with heavy metals to devalue the surrounding farmland and buy it up en masse, monopolizing development, he opted to contact local occult scholars Harmonie Palys and Katherine Aslanian, fronting them the information so that they could deal with the issue for him.
The drone was present at the Battle of Graves Farm, monitoring the conflict via his eidetic memory in order to gain a better understanding of the Answering Tiger and its goals.
The drone was captured in early 2020 by Everlite, but then offered to help the company's director, Mike Sullivan, transform the nascent Big Calc project into a cryptocurrency mining operation that would make him worth approximately 200 million US dollars once the project was completed in September 2022. In exchange, the drone had Sullivan promise him his freedom.
The drone upheld his end of the bargain by creating a Pattern Line to fuel the Big Calc's new purpose, but was interrupted by the Broad Brook Garou before the Big Calc could be completed, rendering Sullivan's end moot. Depending on the pack's priorities, the drone may have been broken out of his prison, or left to die as the facility collapsed. If the latter occurred, the Weaver opted to reupload the drone's consciousness, along with his possessing spirit, into a backup body that he had prepared.
After being freed, one way or the other, the drone set up shop in the now-abandoned bottling plant that he had helped clear out years prior and began plotting to bring down Daphne Clear, who had been led astray by the Answering Tiger and was misusing the boons that Spider and her cohort of Weaver-spirits had bestowed upon her. When a contingent of the Broad Brook Garou found his hiding place, he offered them information to help them deal with the wayward Glass Walker, though whether or not they took him up on his offer or finished him off for good is up to player choice.
If they chose the former, the drone maintained his distance but continued to aid, accompanying the Broad Brook Garou to GRC to apprehend Daphne. There, the pack encountered a squad of fomori led by Pakolit. The drone engaged Eater-of-Names' lieutenant himself, but without sufficient support from the pack, he was overwhelmed and swiftly killed. Otherwise, after dealing with Daphne, the pack retreated with the drone in tow, who then abandoned his body to return to his superiors in the Umbra and report his findings.
