Esuriances are powers of the Insatiables, analogous to the Atavisms of the Begotten. While Insatiables can use Atavisms, they are not "native" in the same way they are for a Beast; they must be stolen from a Beast using the Esuriance "Your Power is Mine" (see below).
Unlike Atavisms, Insatiables must always spend Satiety to use an Esuriance, and the effect does not vary with the Insatiable's level of Satiety.

- Cast Aside: the Insatiable's limbs are grotesquely distended.
- Body of Mouths: the Insatiable manifests small, biting mouths all over its body.
- The Burning: the Insatiable can cause terrible burns through physical contact.
- Channel the Lifeblood: the Insatiable can convert injury into an elemental attack based on its Moment.
- Foul Mess: the Insatiable leaves a mangled corpse imbued with an aura of revulsion as a calling card.
- Impossible Vista: the target is immersed in an illusion, believing themselves to be in a hostile, alien landscape.
- Intruder: the Insatiable can disguise itself as someone else.
- Laws of Man No Longer Apply: the Insatiable can subtly control its environment.
- Obedience: the Insatiable can force humans affected by its Schism to obey it.
- Terrible Form: the Insatiable morphs into an impossible and disturbing physical form.
- We Can See Your Insides: the target's skin becomes translucent, revealing their internal organs.
- Your Power Is Mine: the Insatiable steals an Atavism or Nightmare from a Beast.
