The Empire of the Machine is a rumored secret society among the Inanimae dedicated to binding their souls to human technology.
Overview[]
A ghost story many grumps tell their fosterlings to scare them, it is supposedly a group of Krofted Fae who became obsessed with human artifacts and devices. They seek out complex machines and seek to Anchor with them and, once attached, abduct other, newly Awakened Inanimae and force them to join them with strange, electric rituals.
