The Eleventh Moon is a time for weddings in the Middle Kingdom.
Overview[]
Called the White Moon, there are few actual Moon Festivals as this is a time for weddings and honoring the ancestors. The shinma remain particularly busy for the whole month, often given orders by the Shichi Fukujin who spend much of the month responding to the prayers of mortals and sending the hsien to take care of the answers they give. This is considered appropriate and necessary as the proper way to thank the mortals who give so much of themselves through their prayers throughout the other months of the year. While Yugen is generated as with other times of the year, this is considered a "dry season" by the shinma because they are so busy and there is less yugen generated than during the rest of the year.
