Karol Nicole, Irraka member of the Eiwaz
The Eiwaz mot is a lodge of Uratha supremacists. They are largely unwelcome among the Forsaken.
Overview[]
The mot first emerged in the mid-20th century. According to the Eiwaz, werewolves are the apex of creation and deserve to act as such. They accuse the other Forsaken of using the Oath of the Moon to unfairly restrain the master race; their own interpretation of it stretches many of the tenets, especially the obligation to keep the People's existence secret from the herd. After all, why should the paragons of evolution hide themselves among degenerates?[1]
The mot refers to their patron as Noble Wolf, though he is not one of the Firstborn. In fact, some outsiders suspect he may be related to the Maeljin Incarna. Others think the Eiwaz is a front for the Pure or for Bale Hounds. They are definitely involved in organized crime, when they're not harassing other packs' territories. Many, though not all, of their members are Ghost Wolves, and most belong to packs drawn exclusively from lodge members.[2]
Game Mechanics[]
Prerequisites[]
Strength ••• or Manipulation ••• (for those selected to be leaders).[3]
Benefits[]
The experience costs of raising or purchasing the Brawl, Firearms and Larceny skills become new dots x2 instead of new dots x3.
Spirits of desperation, hate and pain are the mot’s totem companions, and members of the mot gain +2 dice for rolls to deal with such spirits.
Those chosen to be leaders gain affinity for both the Dominance and Inspiration Gift lists. These are taught by Noble Wolf’s emissaries and mot ancestor-spirits.[3]
