Up until after the turn of the century, Dublin was firmly ruled by the Sabbat Kindred under Virginie. After the Sabbat (for the most part) abandoned Ireland to take up the Gehenna Crusade, the Camarilla moved in to take their place. Donal O'Connor was eventually appointed Prince, a controversial option among his peers given that he was a Hellene Brujah, shortly after his clan's defection to the Anarch Movement.
