The Dred Menace is an Unseelie Troll in the Kingdom of Pacifica.
Overview
This unusual troll appears to be of Caribbean heritage; even in his fae mien, he possesses dark mahogany skin and wild, shoulder-length dreadlocks. Unseelie to a fault, the Dred Menace (none seem to know his birth name, either fae or mortal) makes the West Coast his home and can be found anywhere from the dreary waterfront of Seattle to the very heart of South Central Los Angeles. Wherever he is found, however, there is almost certain to be some sort of trouble, usually of the violent sort. He has been known to move in both redcap and sluagh circles.
