Domien is a Tzimisce koldun elder. His childer followed his beliefs and established the Lui Domien in the new world.
He settled into the Great Dismal Swamp between Virginia and North Carolina in the 1740s, and kept to himself out of politics for nearly two centuries. He slowly sired childer while feasting on escaped slaves and refugee Natives. He is presumed to still dwell beneath a rotting plantation house in the heart of the swamp, although his Lui Domien have travelled to the Great Lakes to increase their numbers.
