The Dirge is a Haunt associated with the reminder of what remains even after death. The Sin-Eater must "sing haunting, wordless song at conversational volume or louder" to induce its effects.

Sing the Dirge: The Bound primes the target audience by singing with a particular emotional state or action in mind.
Paean: The Bound is able to use their song to remind the living of one who is dead or remind the dead of the experiences of life.
Communion: The singer may incline listeners to act toward his ends, bypassing many of the usual necessities of social maneuvering.
Exaltation: Through their song, the Sin-Eater may project emotion, be it positive or negative, onto the audience, inducing or removing various Conditions.
Visitation: The Bound's song is capable of calling forth ghosts into the world of the living, binding them with their Plasm.
