Devin Montgomery Lucien (aka Fanatic656), the son of Xavier Lucien, would appear to be your stereotypical run-of-the-mill rich guy who has never had to work a day in his life. What sets Devin apart is his Imbuing as a Wayward.
Unfortunately, as happens with many Hunters of high Conviction, Devin has become an extremist as he lost his hold on reality and unable to have the ability to distinguish right from wrong, making him a threat to humanity at large.

- Devin is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.
- In the final cutscene in Wayward, Joshua Matthews mentions that "Devin's father is a high-up in Drake International downtown. He said he had a feeling that there was something at work there, but he never checked it out, out of fear." After the game is completed the first time, Devin is unlocked as a playable character, and his character bio gives his full name: Devin Montgomery Lucien. This strongly implies his familial connection the antagonist of HTR: Hunter: The Reckoning - Redeemer : Xavier Lucien, the CEO of Genefex.
- Due to Devin's high Conviction, this has made him unreasonable, fanatical, and homicidal however despite the game's description of him. Devin has at least a vague grasp of what he's doing and some understanding that it's wrong, he simply chooses to ignore the consequences and moral ethicies.
- Devin's build and scrum cap imply he was a Rugby player, a sport played almost exclusively within the British colonies.
- Devin's ranged weapon is M1911 pistol and his melee weapon is a Broad sword.
