Delphine Achidou is a Seelie Piskey with links to House Beaumayn.

A native of Marvejols, Delphine became a friend of Dame Lillian during her stay in the area and helped the Nocker recover the Marvejols Script and protect it from theft by a gang of wilders controlled by Lord Vandermere. When the leaders of House Beaumayn offered her a title in return for her actions, she only laughed and told them she was happy knowing she had done a friend a favor. Now she is overseeing the founding of a Freehold in a small café in town. She also acts as a guide for House members who wish to travel to France and reopen some of their old centers of power. All her mortal friends know is that Delphine will disappear for days or even weeks at a time but always comes back with a few more stories to tell.
Like most of her kith, she is small and thin with bright eyes and a perpetual bounce to her step. Her smile is contagious and her hands almost never stop moving. Those who might try to bully her because of her size, though, are in for a rude surprise. Her kicks have downed Trolls more than twice her size. She loves dancing and unusually insists that her contacts meet her at a club near town. She gives extra respect to those who can keep up with her on the dance floor all night.
