Garou glyph for the Deep Umbra
Deep Umbra, also called the Deep Universe, is a vast realm outside Earth's Umbral space. It is largely an immense void. From the human perspective, the Deep Umbra is deep space, outer space, or the whole of the universe. Alien creatures beyond imagining exist in the empty areas between stars, and bizarre planets whirl around foreign stars. The Deep Universe is most often explored by the Void Engineers, who have several bases (such as The Cop) in other systems.
The outer planets (the gas giants and Pluto) are within the Deep Umbra, with their own Shard and Shade Realms being of particular interest.
It should be noted that Garou do not generally distinguish the Astral Reaches and Deep Umbra as being separate locations.
