Dawn Nakada is Malkavian and Archon under Justicar Maris Streck.
Biography[]
Nakada grew up in an internment camp for the crime of being Japanese-American during World War II. When she vanished one night, her parents blamed a guard that had been attracted to her earlier. The culprit was quietly sentenced and the subject seemed to be closed.
In truth, Nakada had been abducted by Julius Abrogard, who tutored the girl in the arts of acting, manipulation, and etiquette. He planned a trip to Japan when the war had ended. Unfortunately, he was slain by a rival Tremere in San Francisco, leaving Nakada alone in the hostile world of the undead. She managed to insinuate herself along the West Coast of the United States and eventually attracted the attention of Maris Streck, who took the young Kindred under her wing.
When Streck was made Justicar, Nakada was made her first Archon, earning the epithet "Streck's Pet", acting as her master's eyes and ears along the West Coast. Although she is not deadly in a straight-up brawl, Nakada is a master in coordinating "accidents" and has ghouled two ex-CIA agents, who act as her bodyguards, should anyone be insane enough to actually want to hurt her (as this would result in a bloody retribution from Streck).
Dawn’s results can’t be denied, and Juliet Parr’s tenure as Justicar will be up sooner or later. Dawn would be a fine example of a vampire Embraced within the last century at the top of the Ivory Tower.
