Here is the report you requested. Attached you will find all of the documents I was able to gather. Unfortunately, I was unable to collect much useful information about Miss Feng's time in China. But it may not have been the most interesting period of her life... A fairly typical education, exactly what would be expected of the upper class. What is a little less expected is that shortly after her arrival in the U.S., she was admitted to the economics department of MIT. This was in large part thanks to her publications on the Blue Economy, which led her to join the DIORA ratification project in the Indian Ocean.
At the same time, she defended her dissertation on Blue Biotechnology, which I recommend that you read in its entirety. You can imagine that someone of her ilk was highly sought after. She was wooed by major multinational companies before she even graduated.
However, she refused their offers and instead founded her own start-up company, Newman-Feng BlueTech. From one round of fundraising to the next, the company quickly became a reference for any group that was looking to make over their image to appear a little "greener"... If you browse their website, you'll quickly realize how important many of their clients were.
As for the more confidential information, I learned that several governments, in particular Luxembourg and Canada, recently reached out to her. For the moment, it's only a matter of advice and informal discussions, but the speed with which she has broadened her influence is highly impressive!
My conclusions regarding her are the following: she is brilliant. One might imagine that she is an idealist, but while her actions do seem to me to be guided by an ideological perspective, she is extremely pragmatic in integrating herself into the upper echelons of society. What's more, she as true business acumen, as her start-up is one of the most successful in the country. You have every reason to take an interest in her. I can set up a meeting with her if you'd like.

Our association with Boston goes back many years, to when Quentin King was still terrorizing the city and the British forces were walking around freely. Our elders had not yet succumbed to the Beckoning, and our Chantry was thriving under the auspices of the then-Regent, John Reiss. He was a staunch opponent of the British occupation and, along with Upton Rowlands, the Prince of New Haven, was the head of the secretive Gemini League. This underground organization, dedicated to spying on British operations, failed to seriously challenge the enemy's plans (much to Reiss' frustration). The growing influence of the British leaders forced Rowlands and his associate to look for new sources of support. Their efforts led them to join forces with a Boston-based resistance group, the Kindred of Liberty (KOL).
While the KOL had more members than the Gemini League, it was just as vulnerable to the actions of Quentin King and his followers. In order to foster exchanges between Hartford, New Haven, and Boston, KOL member Hazel Iversen agreed to cede part of her domain to our Family. As a result, Reiss and Rowlands inherited the Jefferson Library.
It took Reiss many years to restore the library, as he wanted to make it a safe haven that could not be detected by Nosferatu spies. Extensive work was done and, working with some of the most powerful sorcerers in our Chantry, John Reiss created the "Dimension." What was originally intended to be a mere shelter quickly grew in complexity (as did the paranoia of our regent, who wished to bury himself ever more deeply underground). The Dimension grew in step with the rituals and energy of our thaumaturges... Until our magic escaped us.
How? Why? It's unclear. Thaumaturgy is a mysterious art, and the means used for our haven were even more so. The first anomalies appeared at the end of the third year, targeting apprentices from the lower circles, who were found wandering aimlessly through the Dimension. These Kindred suffered from severe memory loss. Their memories were only recovered near what were soon to be known as "wells." Six of them are known to us, but there may be many others. Over time it was determined that these wells, like magnets, "feed" off the psychic energy of their victims (the word is poorly chosen, but the image is accurate). They siphon off their memories--often tragic or emotionally fraught memories--and fragments of these memories are manifested in the form of visions (which vary depending on the host and the memory). The memory loss occurs systematically, as soon as one enters the Dimension. This (incredible) discovery put an end to John Reiss' expansion project, as he realized he was coming up against the dangerous limits of his art. The work stopped. The Dimension became stable, and our thaumaturges sought rituals to counteract the wells' side effects.

My Prince,
My trip to New Orleans was not for nothing. I was able to learn a lot about Dajan Siaka's past. He is the childe of one Marie d'Richet. If her name isn't familiar, that's to be expected. She is rather ordinary.
But, interestingly enough, she had ties to the Hartford Chantry. Indeed, not long after her unauthorized Embrace, she was sentenced to final death by the Hartford Tremere. Her escape led her to Louisiana, where she met Siaka. She embraced him in a voodoo ritual that I didn't understand much about.
But it seems that it left a deep impression on Mr. Siaka, who has been influenced by this magic throughout his existence.
It appears that he has come to New England to settle a score with Hartford. I think we could use this to our own advantage, given the arrangements we envision. For example, we could make him part of the Boston Court. It shouldn't be too hard to make him your puppet, especially if we promise to solve his problem.
He could then be put in contact with the chantry, perhaps a sleeper agent, or he could take on responsibilities while remaining our puppet. However, if Deneb Osborne were to discover what I have learned, Mr. Siaka's existence would undoubtedly be threatened. It's up to you to decide. However, I think that this is a golden opportunity that it would be a shame to pass up. I plan to stay a few more days to clarify some points, I am sending you this message through a reliable servant. I will then return to the Court as soon as possible.
