Children of Lilith is a term that can define many groups of supernaturals, who draw upon Lilith as a founder figure.

- Among Cainites, Arikel, Ennoia and Malkav are sometimes thought to descend from Lilith, while the Bahari themselves viciously deny any kinship with Caine's get, but except the Nosferatu and Toreador from their vengeance, whose Antediluvian founders showed pity to the slaughtered children of Lilith and Lucifer and remorse for the burning D'hainu.
- Children of Lilith is a polite Changeling term among Nobles for the prodigals that refer to themselves as Cainites.
- Other groups that sometimes get identified with Lilith's children are the Verbena, whose feminine and bloody way to practice Magick is sometimes identified with Lilith's figure as a witch.
