World of Darkness Character[]
Chad Moore was someone who lived in Santa Monica in late 2004, in apartment 504 in the Pawnshop Lodgings. His entry on Kilpatrick's Krime-puter says:
- Bond written 10/12/03 -- Public Disturbance - Noise. Case #232300. Bond Amount: $2,000. Type of Bond: Collateral - 50 copies of Console Game ("Red Asphalt"), 40 copies of PC game ("Arcanum").
- Notes: Brought him in for excessive talking smack at the local arcade.
He appears to have been a popular writer, as his film Gravity placed his name prominently on the movie poster. He ran at least two coffee shops in the LA area, and seems to have been a popular topic for graffiti all over LA.
Despite his low-stakes arrest history, and his popularity presumably making it easy to find him, he was wanted by the FBI for bank robbery, interstate flight, possession of homemade bomb, robbery, receiving stolen property, and assault with force.
