The Caern of Tarker's Mill is a North American caern in the state of Washington, led by Rodko. With the help of the Fianna Cahal Filin, the caern wages war against Endron. They are assisted by Lambda Mankind, an organization of environmentalists.

The name is a reference to the fictional Maine town Tarker's Mills from the Stephen King werewolf novella and film, Cycle of the Werewolf and Silver Bullet.
