Bucharest is a large city and the capital of Romania.

Bucharest is still ruled by a Tzimisce prince, who is a member of the Oradea League and connected to the Inconnu.[1] In addition, Bucharest is one of only three cities in the world where the Sabbat currently has a Black Cathedral.[2] It's also home to a Camarilla court which includes "Fearless Alys", King-maker of Tremere.[3]
