A Duchess of the Icebound Heart, Blue Jenny, in truth, cares little for the struggle against Grandfather Thunder. Rather, she is interested in increasing her personal power and has captured the hearts of other changelings in the freehold. She is known throughout the freehold for being manipulative, and is, as a result, somewhat secluded.
